End User License Agreement
Effective date: 2026-11-02
This agreement is between you and Steadywren for the use of our products (Apify Actors and other data tools listed on https://steadywren.com), distributed through marketplaces such as Apify. By using the product you accept this agreement and the terms of the marketplace (currently Apify); where they conflict, the platform's terms apply.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product through the marketplace (currently Apify) for your own or your organization's purposes, for as long as you have a valid subscription or pay for usage there.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the product itself, or use it to break the law or the terms of the websites and services it accesses.
Your responsibilities
- You decide what data you collect and how you use it. You are responsible for having a legal basis for that use (for example under GDPR) and for respecting the terms of the source websites.
- Do not use the product to collect personal data of private individuals without a lawful reason.
Pricing and refunds
Prices are shown on the marketplace (currently Apify) and charged by the platform. Refunds follow the platform's refund policy; contact support@steadywren.com if a run charged you for results you did not get and we will help.
Availability and changes
Third-party websites change without notice, so results can be temporarily incomplete or unavailable. We fix such breaks as soon as we reasonably can but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or retire the product; we announce retirement on https://steadywren.com at least 30 days ahead.
No warranty
The product is provided "as is". Data comes from public sources and may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is not legal, financial or HR advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
