This policy explains how Steadywren ("we", "us") handles data in our products - Apify Actors and other data tools listed on https://steadywren.com - distributed through marketplaces such as Apify.

Who we are

Steadywren is an independent software publisher. Contact: support@steadywren.com.

What our products process

Our Apify Actors collect publicly available data from the websites named in each Actor's description - for example app store reviews and listings of online businesses for sale - and deliver it to your own account on the marketplace. They do not collect data about you.

• Our products run on the infrastructure of the marketplace you bought them on (currently Apify). Your account, billing and payment data are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
• Scrapers and data products collect publicly available data only. We do not target personal data of private individuals; if such data appears in a public source, it is not stored by us beyond the run that produced your results.

What we can see

• Usage information the platform shares with publishers (for example: number of runs, events charged, errors), used only to operate, bill and improve the product.
• Messages you send to support@steadywren.com, kept only as long as needed to answer and to keep a support record.

Where results are stored

Results of a run are stored in your own account on the marketplace (currently Apify). You control them and can delete them there. We do not keep copies outside the platform unless you send them to us for support.

Your rights

You can ask us what data about you we hold, ask for a correction or deletion, or object to processing, by writing to support@steadywren.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We publish changes on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are announced on https://steadywren.com.
